Pembroke 403 is an extraordinary waterfront apartment on the water's edge of Cape Town's V&A waterfront. We used a seagull in flight as the icon to evoke a sense of freedom and to heighten the sense of living in this marine location. The typeface is contemporary and sophisticated to enhance the feeling of minimalism.
