Once upon a time in 2005... there was a damsel named Kirsten who took the plunge into the jungle of entrepreneurship. A fellow villager, Rowan, joined her side on this new and exciting journey. Although Rowan had wonderful ‘dragon slaying’ skills, Kirsten thought their partnership was quite an odd mixture indeed! But odd as it was, the blend worked fantastically well.
This odd combination reminded Kirsten of a favourite childhood drink known as a ‘browncow’ (also an odd combination) of coke and milk. And this is how the name browncow came to be.
Here are some other usual blends that work together:
browncow cocktail / over 18’s only 200ml milk/2 shots of Kahlua/handful crushed ice/a tall glass/nutmeg > Place ice in a tall glass, add kahlua and milk, and finish off with a sprinkling of nutmeg. Chocoholics can substitute the Kahlua with Nagmusik and toffee lovers can try a Tia Maria instead. Sit back and enjoy....
browncow float / all ages 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup / 2 scoops vanilla ice cream / 200ml coke / a little whipped cream (optional) / chocolate sprinkles / chocolate sundae glass > Put the chocolate syrup and ice cream in glass, then fill up with coke. Finish off with the whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles... and voila!
